OUR FOUNDER:
Jon Klinepeter, founder of Better Good Group, is a courageous leader and entrepreneur who was made to empower leaders and organizations to thrive. His passion is helping unleash those that want to leave the world better than they found it. While he loves the work of coaching and guiding leaders and organizations, his first love and priority is his family.
He is guided by the foundational truth that every person has inherent worth and longs to contribute to the compelling cause of an organization. During his 26-year career, Jon has been able to learn from and bring new insights to both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. He also owns and operates a metal manufacturing company in Chicago, F. Bradshaw Industries, working to create living-wage jobs in the manufacturing sector.
Each organization that Jon has been a part of has seen significant qualitative and metric growth, while focused on strategic clarity, leadership development, excellence in communication and building a collaborative culture.
Jon holds an MBA from The University of Notre Dame, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University.
